​Sev Ickes is a frequent guest artist in the Artists' Co-op Gallery. She has lived in the gorgeous village of Mendocino for the past 35 years, arriving when there were fewer galleries, but a very strong emerging art community. She found instant success at The Ruth Carlson Gallery.  "I have enjoyed being a full time career artist in California as well as NYC, Chicago, Amsterdam and Switzerland . Those were my younger, full of "endless energy years!"

Presently Sev is part of the Artists' Co-op of Mendocino. "It is a perfect venue for me as an "almost retired artist who will always need to satisfy my inner creative self."

ACM carries Sev's cards, posters, archival reproductions, and originals. Presently her new passion for original art work is in collaboration with Shanti Benoit, Co-op Member, making handmade paper designs and turning them into paintings.
